Amylase is made from the strain of Trichoderma reesi through cultivation and extraction technique. This product can be used for feedstuff, brewing, grain processing, treatment of textiles with cotton, hemp, stick gum or yarn as plus material and Lyocell fabric. It can also be used for the stonewash of jean garments together with pumice, or solely used for the ferment washing of different styles of jean fabric.
Function
1.Used for flocculent cephalin cholesterol test, vitamin D hormone drugs such as raw materials and biochemical research;
2.Used as a biochemical reagents and emulsifier, etc
3.Is the important raw material for manufacturing hormones, and can be used as emulsifier; Analysis is also used as reference substance.
4.Used as emulsifier, artificial bezoar vitamin D LCD synthetic hormones of raw materials, used for biochemical research.
Temperature Alfa Amylase is submerged fermentation and drying technology refined modern extraction enzyme preparations. Can will grow short mixed dextrin starch hydrolysis and a small amount of low molecular sugar, glucose and maltose. Widely used in starch sugar, alcohol, brewing, textiles, printing and dyeing, papermaking and other industries.
Application
1.Beer production
Size mixing in the mash copper,then add Low Temperature α-Amylase,about 0.6U per g raw material,liquefy 30min at 85-90ºC.
2.Food industry
Solve the question of starch degradation in food raw material.
Recommended dosage:2-12U per g raw material,
or according to the raw material situation or experiment.
Alpha Amylase enzyme is made of Bacillus Subtilis in the Fermentation and extraction method, is widely used in the liquefaction of starch sugar, alcohol, beer, monosodium glutamate, Fermentation industries and textile, printing & dyeing, desizing and etc.
